It can be downloaded in English, German and Hungarian using the links below. The format is PDF. On a Windows operating system you can use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (https://get.adobe.com/reader/), if you use a Linux/Unix system a PDF reader is usually already pre-installed (e.g., evince, okular).
